What is StoneLink Solutions?

We are a Virtual Call Center based in the heart of Virginia providing services nationwide throughout the United States. We strive to help stay-at-home parents, students, caregivers, retirees, and many others make income from the comfort of their very own homes servicing Fortune 500 companies. StoneLink Solutions has an established business relationship with Arise Virtual Solutions (as featured on CNN, Fox News, NBC’s The Real and the Today’s Show just to name a few).

Established in 1994, Arise has grown to be a leader of the virtual call industry and is trusted by world-class organizations such as Intuit, Airbnb, Carnival along with many others. Arise offers a virtual platform that primarily connects small work from home call centers businesses such as StoneLink Solutions to Fortune 500 companies that are in need of call center services and agents to fulfill their business needs.

The process of getting started is quite simple. Once you are registered on the platform, you will then get access to all clients that are in need of agents to fulfill their call volume. Once you select a client and complete their certification training, then you will be ready to take calls. Calls will be routed to your landline phone and you will answer as if your working from a call center. Sounds cool right? It is! The best part is you can even answer the phone in your pajamas!

We specialize in virtual staffing and have our own network of U.S based home agents. We connect you to right clients in need of your amazing customer service. You will have the opportunity to become a virtual agent with us and service right from the comfort of your home. Our goal is to ensure you are well equipped with the necessary tools, training, and support to achieve the maximum success. Your success is our success, we empower you!

We have the best support specialists available for you to speak with between the hours of 8:00am-6:00pm EST, Monday-Friday. Real People…No Robots, We Promise! Our specialists truly go above and beyond for each and everyone of our clients.  We understand that building and maintaining the best client relationships is a vital part of running a successful business.

Having access to tech support couldn’t get any easier. While servicing client programs you will have access via chat to a live tech support specialist 24 hours a day. In addition, you will have access to our New Knowledge Center where you can submit requests, find answers to questions, watch videos and more.

All classes are provided by our partnered company. Course costs include access to a virtual blackboard classroom with a live instructor each and every day during the duration of your certification course, access to Blackboard (tasks, assignments, grades, discussion boards, etc…), programs (includes training systems and log-ins), webcam, and banner. Not only will you have Dedicated Support Specialists here at StoneLink Solutions. Each client program also has a Dedicated Client Specialist (known as a QAPF, Quality Performance Facilitator) that will be assigned to you upon completion of your training. Your QAPF will assist you with metrics, to ensure that you are meeting the clients goals, and so much more.

We value our clients and want to reassure you that privacy and security is our top priority. You will have access to a password-protected portal through the Virtual Platform. Also, we use a PIN system as an added security measure to verify your identity when accepting any changes made over the phone and online.

All direct deposits are electronically sent to the checking account that is listed on file. All clients are paid twice a month (semi-monthly).
